Admire the Gothic, Renaissance, and Mannerist architecture of Gdansk on a 3-hour walking tour. Visit the medieval Arthur’s Court Museum, enjoy an amber at the Amber Court and many others. Our common meeting point is under Upland Gate. You can choose the meeting location (for example railway station) and start time or optionally we can pick up you from hotel we will arrange an auto transport service that fits your needs.

At the beginning pass through the city’s historic gates before exploring museums, walk along the Royal Route of Gdansk, the path once accessible only to powerful monarchs. Continue along the way to Long Market and the Town Hall. Than we pass Neptune Fountain to Arthur’s Court, the former meeting place of the city’s merchants, now a branch of the Gdańsk History Museum. After a visit to the museum, continue to Green Gate overlooking the Motlawa River.

After that we pass St. Mary’s Church, thought to be the largest brick church in the world, to end at the imposing Great Armory, one of the finest examples of Renaissance architecture in the city. During the way your guide will describe historic architecture, tell you about Middle Ages events and Contemporary history.

Please be aware that museums off season are closed on Monday.

    Wir haben heute Stadtführung Danzig mit Mark gemacht. Abgesehen davon, dass es sehr interessant war. Mark kennt sich geschichtlich gut aus und hat viele wichtigen Geschichtsdaten aus Danzig anschaulich und informativ dargestellt. Auf Fragen zu aktuellen politischen Themen ist er auch sehr gut eingegangen.
    Soviel hätten wir ohne Mark keinesfalls über Polen und vor allem Danzig erfahren!

    Guide Maria war pünktlich am Hotel und hat uns einen guten,interessanten Überblick gegeben. Viele Infomationen und diverse Tipps flossen nebenher ein.
    Sehr gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse. Diese Tour war den Preis absolut wert.

    Wir (4) hatten eine private Stadtführung Danzig für 4 Std. gebucht und Maria hat uns ganz ganz viel gezeigt. Sie hat vorher angerufen, so dass wir uns an einem bestimmten Ort verabreden könnten und wir haben die Tour von 13 auf 12 Uhr vorverlegt. Das war prima. Wir können die Führung nur empfehlen- man erhält einen tollen Überblick und geht Wege, die man alleine vielleicht nicht findet.
